Email Blasts

Demonstrate your thought leadership or introduce a new product or service with a targeted email blast also known as a Product Spotlight. With a database of general managers, head of companies, technology professionals and more, your dedicated message will reach the audience you need. On average our emails have a circulation of 7,500 and an open rate of 30% with a 2% click through rate.
Submit all emails as an HTML file and include a text version with links included as part of the text and not text that is linked two weeks prior to the run date.

- video must be in 16:9 ratio (.mp4 format)

Sponsor a webinar hosted by NTCA. Webinars present key issues to members. Sponsorship will include your company logo and link on the webinar webpage, a PowerPoint ad (an image or video), and the presenter will acknowledge the sponsor during the webinar. Webinar attendance varies depending on the topic.

- company logo must be at least 700 x 300 pixels (.jpg, .png or .eps format)
- image must be 16:9 ratio or 2400 x 1350 pixels (120 DPI, .jpg or .png format — must be static, NO animations)
- video must be in 16:9 ratio (.mp4 format)

Social Media

Send your tweet in NTCA’s twitter account @NTCAconnect. Must accompany a meeting sponsorship. NTCA must approve content, and the content must include the conference hashtag.
Specs:
- image must be 1500x800 pixels (120 DPI, .jpg, .png or .gif format)
- GIFs must be created by the company and adhere to copyright, and must be a maximum file size of 5MB
- video must be 6–15 seconds
- a link must be a vanity URL with the company's domain web address (for example, www.abccompany.com/event), 23 characters long. Bitly links are acceptable.
- Copy, which includes links and hashtags and counted toward the character maximum, must be a maximum 270 characters to allow for the word "sponsored" in the text.

All marketing opportunities offered by NTCA and purchased by vendors are subject to our approval. NTCA reserves the right to reject any advertising, sponsorships or other marketing opportunities submitted by vendors for any reason.
