Austin, TX – Day 1 of the NTCA 2018 Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & Expo (RTIME 2018) concluded with a huge wave of industry leaders. With almost 2,000 registered attendees, the flow of information sharing and networking was in full abundance. The morning kicked off with the first set of concurrent sessions and ended in an impressive industry gathering at the Welcome Reception.

The morning got started bright and early on Day 2 of the Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & Expo (RTIME) with the NTCA Rural Broadband Political Action Committee.

From cybersecurity to augmented realty, Day 3 of of the Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & Expo (RTIME) was filled with so much content to take away.

Broadband industry stakeholders and advocates convened in Washington, D.C., this week for NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association’s 2018 Legislative and Policy (L&P) Conference, which began Monday, April 16, with an address from NTCA Chief Executive Officer Shirley Bloomfield.

NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association kicked off its season of Regional Conferences July 15, 2018, in Hilton Head, S.C.

On July 31, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) convened a National Cybersecurity Summit in New York City to discuss cybersecurity threats and the public-private partnership to protect critical infrastructure and national security.

Day one of the NTCA 2018 Fall Conference welcomed approximately 1,400 attendees from around the nation to get the conference started with preliminary sessions and committee meetings before the opening general session on Monday.

Day two of the NTCA Fall Conference started strong with an opening address from NTCA Board President John Klatt who touched on the direction of the industry and what telcos need to do for rural communities to advance.
