Seth Johnson connects members to information and NTCA happenings using online tools, including the weekly email newsletter, member alerts, mobile app and the association’s website. Seth experience in content management gives him the know-how for content creation, data analysis and strategically planning the release of information to the public. He also works with other team members to coordinate and produce NTCA live events online, including Policy Talk, webinars and video communications products. Prior to coming to NTCA in 2020, he served in communications and marketing roles.
Seth received his bachelor's degree in political science from The American University in Washington, D.C.
