3. Customize the message where shown in red text and add other information for your specific company announcements.
It’s open enrollment time at {insert company name} and time to make your benefit plan elections for 2021. Open enrollment starts on {insert date} and ends on {insert date}. This is your once per year opportunity to make changes to your NTCA benefit plans without having a specific life event like getting married or having a new baby.
You will make your 2021 elections online using My NTCA Benefits, a secure portal provided by NTCA.
Get started today.
Go to My NTCA Benefits at ntcabenefits.ntca.org. If this is your first time using the portal, click the "Register" link and follow the on-screen instructions to establish your access to this secure online portal. Be prepared with some basic identifying information required for registration.
- Social Security number
- Birth date
- Zip code of your current mailing address
In addition to the on-screen instructions, review the “Getting Started With My NTCA Benefits” flyer provided by NTCA. After a one-time registration, you will login to the portal using a unique login code and a self-selected password. After you have registered, click "Forgot my User ID" or "Forgot my password" at ntcabenefits.ntca.org for self-service assistance with your login information.
Make your annual elections.
Review the “Making Annual Enrollment Elections With My NTCA Benefits” flyer to familiarize yourself with how to navigate through your personalized home page on the portal. It’s easy to make your elections for the NTCA benefit plans provided by {insert company name}. Just follow the steps shown when you start your Annual Enrollment event from the main home page on the portal.
Finalize your decisions by {insert end date of open enrollment period}. You can make updates to your 2021 benefit plan elections online with My NTCA Benefits until {insert date} when the open enrollment period ends. You will provide an electronic signature to complete your enrollment. If any additional information is needed by NTCA to process your enrollment elections, you will receive an on-screen notice with the required information in the final enrollment step.
Keep a record of your 2021 enrollment elections.
With My NTCA Benefits, you can save an electronic summary of your enrollment elections or print the summary to paper. We encourage you to retain a record of your 2021 elections for your personal records.
