NTCA GHP implemented utilization management services from eviCore healthcare in 2021 to provide precertification reviews of advanced radiological services (CTs, MRIs and PET scans) for plan participants. NTCA GHP expanded telehealth benefits last year to include behavioral health services through Teladoc®. Watch this video to learn more about these vital services especially if you are experiencing increased stress and anxiety. Livongo® has been added as a complimentary GHP medical plan service in 2021 to provide diabetes and hypertension management support to individuals living with these conditions. Participants will be notified directly if you are eligible for this service along with information to get started.
