Telephone Cooperatives: Keeping Rural America Connected

A few years back, the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) produced this brochure with the goal of educating the public on the world of rural telecommunications.  This brief brochure provides an overview of the cooperative movement in rural America, including the history of independent telephony.  It is an excellent informational tool that can be given to new and existing customers, local schools and libraries.
