The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) is committed to providing timely and pertinent educational materials for both the telecommunications community and the general public. Materials range from a series of white papers on telecom issues to informational DVDs and mailers that can be used by schools, local businesses, and government agencies. Many of our products and materials are free of charge and are strictly for awareness purposes, such as our Rural Telepedia "Wiki" which provides an updated glossary of rural telecom terms.
